Joining ARCH in 2009 and at one point or another holding virtually every position that ARCH offers, Kate brings with her a wide breadth of technical experience. In addition to the day to day operational knowledge that she possesses, Kate also obtained AAHAM’s prestigious Certified Revenue Cycle Executive, Institutional certification in 2014. Today, Kate’s primary role is overseeing ARCH’s operations in a management capacity, ensuring that our department managers are in lockstep with our clients’ goals and vision. Kate is introduced to our client’s very early on in our process and also oversees our new client implementation. Because of her wide range of experiences in different roles Kate is able to drill down, understand and discuss real world issues and roadblocks as well as avenues to success in detail with our clients providing invaluable insight into how to piece together revenue recovery programs that work for you. In addition to her duties at ARCH, Kate is also the Vice President of the Maryland Chapter of AAHAM, the largest AAHAM chapter in the United States. Kate’s time on the executive board has allowed her to gain valuable experience and knowledge into today’s healthcare finance challenges.
Prior to joining ARCH, Kate graduated from Towson University with honors with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications in 2005. After graduation Kate started her career with a boutique customer service and training consultant firm in Annapolis, Maryland learning the finer details of customer service and the dramatic impact it can have on organizations.
